Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jacqueline Owen and I am a dual board certified nurse practitioner in family health and psychiatry. I'm sort of a free spirit - I only wanted to do one thing professionally, which I have the privilege of getting to pursue. I am passionate about mental health, and will do everything in my power to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is definitely a collaborative approach to build a strong therapeutic alliance.

What you can expect from me

While I would love to say that a first session with me is the most fantastic thing in the universe - the truth is that 1) we'll review your history, 2) talk about present symptoms and 3) come up with a plan of care for our next visit.
