Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a licensed Mindfulness-based, body-centered therapist in Colorado. I specialize in helping young adult and millenial women build better connections with their bodies, love themselves, and have better relationships with others.

I help with:

  • Negative Body image
  • Body Dysmorphia
  • Anxiety
  • Perfectionism
  • Building Self Awareness
  • Overthinking/Lack of Focus
  • Insecurity
  • People Pleasing

My approach to therapy

Although I take being a therapist seriously, I’m so much more than your typical, “buttoned-up” therapist. I’m a real human. I swear a little too much. I’m a mom (to a dog and a human). I love woo stuff. I am obsessed with good coffee. Talking with me is comfortable and easy.

I bring the realness above, but also I provide women with a judgment-free healing space so you can overcome their struggles in order to find happiness in yourself, comfort in your body, and confidence in relationships.

What you can expect from me

I utilize holistic, body-centered therapy approaches where I guide women (like you) in connecting with yourself so you can begin to gain a deeper understanding of your body, its hunger cues, its wants, its cravings, and more. I teach you tools for navigating your negative self-esteem. I support you in navigating your anxiety and overwhelm. You no longer need to be drowning in your doubt and struggling with your confidence. I help you find a connection to yourself and others.
