Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Jackie Worthington, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person is unique. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnoses, I take a whole-person approach, considering the many factors that influence well-being, including emotional, physical, relational, academic, professional, and environmental experiences.
I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it is about working through them together. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that align with their goals and values.
With experience working in both school and community settings, I support individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, burnout, adjustment difficulties, and other factors affecting overall well-being. Together, we work to better understand what is contributing to current challenges and identify meaningful pathways toward growth, balance, and lasting change.
My goal is to help clients feel empowered, capable, and connected to themselves as they move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
