Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Jackie! My ideal client is an adult navigating anxiety, stress, or a major life transition who feels stuck between where they are and where they want to be. They may be carrying the weight of past experiences, struggling in relationships, or searching for clarity and direction. They want practical tools to manage emotions, space to process openly, and a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable. Above all, they’re looking for a compassionate, supportive therapist to walk alongside them in creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I often draw from evidence-based approaches in my practice, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems, within a trauma-informed framework. I attune to your needs and select the strategies that best fit your situation and needs. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, build skills, and make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll explore your goals and begin identifying tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can breathe, reflect, and grow at your own pace. If you’re ready to begin exploring new ways of coping, healing, and moving toward the life you want, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
