Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Jada, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in their daily lives. I specialize in working with high-functioning people who may appear to have everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained.

I understand how easy it can be to get stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, and constantly prioritizing others while neglecting your own needs. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves, and are ready to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also helping you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe therapy should not only provide insight but also offer practical tools you can apply in your everyday life.

I am passionate about helping my clients build healthier boundaries, improve their relationships, and strengthen their sense of self so they can show up more confidently and intentionally in all areas of life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel nervous, unsure, or even a little overwhelmed. My goal in our first session is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to show up as you are—without pressure or judgment.

During our initial session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out—this is a collaborative conversation, and I’ll guide you along the way.

We’ll explore areas such as anxiety, stress, relationships, or life transitions, as well as any patterns or stressors that may be impacting how you’re feeling. We’ll also begin identifying your goals, whether they’re clear or still developing.
