Great to meet you!

For the strong person, that is “tired” of carrying the load, you no longer have to do it alone. Hi, my name is Jada Perry and I provide a space for my clients to feel safe yet empowered to conquer any external or internal turmoil that result from life’s adversities. I have a profound love for assisting others through their hardships and emotional battles.

My approach to therapy

I am an EMDR trained therapist that incorperates modalities including emotion-focused therapy and internal family systems to assist my clients with healing their wounds and building a trusting relationship with themselves. I use my compassion and creativity to assist client’s with overcoming the challenges that arise due to unresolved trauma, anxiety, and depression.

What you can expect from me

My evidence-based approaches are catered to the specific needs of each client. I start the therapeutic relationship with ensuring the client feels supported, understood, and respected in the safe space we build together. Because everyone evolves in a way that is unique to them, I encourage client’s to practice compassion towards themselves as their wounds heal.
