Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with three years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, and I specialize in ADHD, PTSD, depression, grief, and women's issues. I'm EMDR-trained and bring a holistic, humorous, and open-minded style to our work together — you can expect real talk, not clinical distance.

My approach to therapy

I believe the relationship you have with your therapist matters more than any single technique. I meet each client as a unique person with their own story, and I draw on EMDR, CBT, and DBT depending on what actually fits you — always from a strengths-based lens focused on your resilience, not just your struggles.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly about getting to know you — what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping changes. Expect lots of questions, a nonjudgmental space, and the start of a relationship where you're never just a diagnosis.
