Great to meet you!

I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication treatments for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, postpartum depression, eating disorders, and other complex conditions in adults and teens, along with mental health assessments and ADHD testing. I speak Spanish and Tagalog, and I treat adults and teenagers. I provide comprehensive diagnosis and ongoing treatment tailored to your needs. I take care of FMLA, disability forms, and insurance verification so you can focus on getting better. I offer flexible telehealth appointments and stay in close contact between visits. My goal is to help you find treatments that work so you can see real improvement in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I listen carefully to understand how your symptoms impact your daily life. During treatment, I prescribe medications and use therapy techniques that can begin working right away. I monitor your progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure you're getting results. My team handles FMLA forms and insurance issues while we work on your progress together.

What you can expect from me

When we meet for our first appointment, we'll talk about your symptoms and create a treatment plan that fits your specific needs. We'll discuss medication options that make sense for you and therapy strategies you can use right away. You'll leave with a clear plan for moving forward. My team will handle any insurance or pharmacy issues that come up. Most importantly, you'll know you have support every step of the way.
