Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Jade, and I'm glad you are exploring counseling. My hope is to provide you with nonjudgmental support as you begin this journey. I believe in working together to bring joy, balance, strength, and well-being into your life through a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are struggling with an eating disorder, anxiety, grief, anger, relationships, intrusive thoughts, or trauma, counseling can be an effective way to help you navigate life and feel better.

My approach to therapy

I have specific experience working with both teens and adults navigating life's transitions. Additionally, I have experience in working with trauma and am practicing and trained in EMDR therapy. I also have extensive experience working with eating disorders in both outpatient and treatment settings.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree, I specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, eating disorders, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, medical issues and physical health, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, learning disorders, stress, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that we can collaboratively provide relief to your distress and find ways to manage this phase of life. I look forward to getting to know you, and it would be an honor to hear and be part of your story. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to support you on this journey.
