Great to meet you!

As a clinician, I take pride and joy in assisting clients on their journey through self-discovery, effective communication, and facilitate meaningful relationships. I specialize in perinatal mental health, treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), individual and couples counseling. My areas of focus include stress management, anxiety, depression, mental health, mood, work, and stress-related disorders.

I began my training when I attained my Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Rehabilitation Psychology. Following that life-changing experience, I attained my Master of Arts at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. If we are to be healthy, we must prioritize our well-being, show up for ourselves, and be intentional about our quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Therapy. My theoretical approach seeks to help clients in their pursuit of personal improvement and the willingness to challenge themselves through self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Mental Health is necessary for survival, and I believe it's not only a choice but it is a commitment. As an advocate for mental wellness, I've seen facets of what some see as limitations, but I see as an opportunity to better understand those around us.
