Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jaelah, a licensed therapist with a passion for creating a safe, supportive space. I specialize in life transitions, and building self-compassion. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you grow at your own pace. I’m an empathetic therapist who knows what it’s like to feel disconnected or unsure. In my own life, I’ve faced these moments, and they’ve shaped my passion for guiding others. I believe that through therapy, we can find clarity, connection, and a path toward healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe the therapeutic process offers both guidance and support. I specialize in helping those who feel confused about their identity or just dealing with life stressors. I work from a social justice lens, recognizing how race, gender, and societal structures shape our experiences. Through my years of practice, I’ve developed tools to help you reconnect and heal. Together, we work toward lasting personal and collective growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where I introduce you to some grounding tools, like mindfulness practices, and invite you to share at your own pace. This is a chance for us to begin building trust and set goals together.
