Great to meet you!

I am a Black femme, licensed clinical social worker, healing artist, energy worker, and educator with over 8 years of experience. I specialize in supporting adults who are creatives, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, QTPOC, or fellow healers navigating transitions such as grief, depression, anxiety, boundary setting, and spiritual discernment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in collaboration, affirmation, and empowerment. I support clients as they navigate their healing journey, honoring their unique experiences and identities. I work from a social justice, holistic, and Afro-Spirituality framework, integrating practices that affirm the cultural, spiritual, and emotional aspects of each individual. I also draw on tools from various therapy modalities to help clients explore their stories and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to truly get to know each other, grounding ourselves in the present moment and acknowledging your unique journey. All sessions after are about trust building not just between us, but within yourself, as I believe the answers you need are already within you. We’ll create a space of radical honesty and support, empowering you to reclaim your strength and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
