Great to meet you!
I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, recognizing the importance of emotional, relational, mental, and spiritual well-being in the healing process. As a Christian, I value the role that faith and spirituality can play in healing and, when aligned with a client’s values and preferences, may thoughtfully incorporate Christian principles and spirituality into the therapeutic process. I have advanced training in trauma-informed therapy. My clinical training includes approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other trauma-focused interventions, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
