I am a master's level psychotherapist with 20+ years' experience. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through IAEDP. My area of specialty is adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, pre and post bariatric surgery, body image, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients using multiple approaches to therapy. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I utilize Interpersonal Psychodynamic Approach coupled with CBT and ACT skills.

The first time we meet we will review your goals and hopes for therapy as well exploring foundational history so I can begin to get to know you. We also will make time to answer any questions you may have.
