Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring over 27 years of dedicated nursing experience in labor and delivery and women’s health to my mental health practice. After graduating from Western Governors University in 2025, I transitioned my deep passion for patient care into specialized psychiatric support for adults aged 21 and older. My practice focuses heavily on helping individuals navigate anxiety and depression, with a particular emphasis and expertise in perinatal mental health. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports my clients through life's most significant transitions. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward wellness and healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health does not exist in isolation. Your physical health, lifestyle, environment, and unique lived experiences all shape how you feel, and I take all of it into account. My practice combines medication management and evidence-based psychiatric treatment with attention to the mind-body connection, because the factors that influence well-being often sit outside a symptom list. My aim is a safe, collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard. Together we will build a comprehensive, personalized plan that fits you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, my primary goal is to provide a warm, safe space where you will feel truly heard, valued, and respected. We will complete a thorough, comprehensive evaluation to better understand your unique story, current challenges, and overall well-being. From there, we will work collaboratively to build a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your lifestyle and recovery goals. You can expect to leave this initial meeting with a clear, supportive path forward and the reassurance that you do not have to walk this journey alone.
