Great to meet you!

You may be someone who looks like you have everything together on the outside, but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying so much. I work with adults, parents, couples, and professionals who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and the pressure of balancing multiple responsibilities.

With more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health and social work, I bring a warm, practical, and down to earth approach to therapy. I create a space where you can speak openly without judgment while also working toward meaningful change.

Therapy with me is not just about talking about what is wrong. Together, we will identify patterns, build practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

I believe you should leave therapy with greater insight, useful tools, and a clearer sense of direction. Whether you are dealing with stress, relationship difficulties, past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be individualized because no two people have the same story, experiences, or goals. We will work together as a team to identify what matters most to you and develop a plan that feels realistic for your life.

My style is supportive, conversational, and solution focused while still making space to explore deeper experiences that may be affecting you today. I use evidence based strategies to help clients better understand their emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and turn insight into action.

You can expect me to listen, ask meaningful questions, challenge you when appropriate, and help you develop tools that you can actually use outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other without pressure. I will ask about what brought you to therapy, what has been happening in your life, what you have already tried, and what you would like to be different.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. By the end of our first few sessions, we will begin identifying your goals and creating a clear direction for our work together.
