Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about supporting clients as they work toward their goals and create meaningful change in their lives. Since 2019, I’ve been helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and a focus on their overall well-being. As a mom who values family and enjoys traveling, I understand how important it is to feel grounded, supported, and connected in daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to the whole person. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected so they can build healthier patterns and coping skills. I also incorporate trauma-focused and psychodynamic approaches, while offering practical tools and resources that clients can use both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a space where they feel safe, heard, and supported. My goal is to help each person feel comfortable showing up as they are, while we begin building a path forward together.
