I specialize in supporting clients through depression ,anxiety and the unique experience of navigating womanhood- including self identity , motherhood and relationships. My approach is client centered and person focused . I offer an empathic ear paired with clinical expertise , helping you explore self discovery , build self worth and develop strategies that work with your life.
