My focus is "systemic" because I believe all aspects of the environment contribute to the individual. I have a master's level education in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and couples with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns.

My approach to therapy

I attest to the beliefs of Virginia Satir: “Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference”. My job is to create an environment of security to help the client identify strategies to cope.
