Great to meet you!

Let's start making the changes in your life that bring you here! I've been a clinical psychologist treating adults for 25 years in the areas of anxiety, addictions, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulty. I work quickly to help you identify what is getting in the way of living a fuller life and supporting you in getting ready to take action.

My approach to therapy

My therapy is grounded in the evidence-based approaches of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My personal style is warm, active, open-minded and humorous. Together, my goal is to help you stop struggling with the parts of yourself that are holding you back.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will talk about the elements that create a good fit for you, including creating a safe space and also the pace at which you are comfortable moving. I will of course start learning about your history, however, I will also discuss the fastest ways to start moving towards change as well.
