Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse educational and professional background to my counseling practice. I hold a bachelor's degree in Old Testament, a master's in theological studies, and a master's in counseling. My training has provided me with a strong foundation for understanding both the personal and relational challenges people face, as well as the importance of helping individuals find meaning, purpose, and direction in their lives.

I enjoy working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and the everyday stressors that can make life feel overwhelming. I also have a particular interest in helping individuals strengthen communication skills, navigate conflict, and build healthier relationships. My goal is to provide compassionate, practical, and effective counseling that helps clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.

It is providential that you have started the process of looking for a therapist and come across my profile. By meeting you where you are in life, we can work together to foster the change and growth that you seek.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution-focused, and outcome-driven. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support while helping clients identify practical steps toward meaningful change. Together, we will clarify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop effective strategies to overcome challenges, improve well-being, and create lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a support environment where I take the time to get to know you and understand what brings you to counseling. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals to develop a comprehensive picture of your situation. Together, we will identify the challenges you would like to address, discuss what success would look like for you, and begin establishing realistic, meaningful goals for therapy. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
