Great to meet you!

My wife and I live in Cary, NC and I enjoy the fulfillment I have gained from family life involving my two adult stepdaughters. I have been involved in martial arts since the age of five which has taken me on a path to seek a higher power. The journey has taken me to get a master's degree to help others for over 30 years.

My approach to therapy

Reaching out for help can be a vulnerable process. Let my 30+ years experience with evidence-based and simple approaches guide you to the life and relationships you deserve. Once you contact me, you will be comfortably guided to make your own decisions about your present and future concerns. This is a big step where you need to feel safety without judgment.

What you can expect from me

You will be given the coping skills to meet your goals, enhance your relationships and feel better. You can expect to have better communication , conflict resolution and decision making skills. You will learn to set and enforce boundaries with others and peacefully address the dominance behaviors you encounter from others.
