Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can be a space to feel truly seen, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. I help clients recognize their capacity for healing and growth while building on their existing strengths, developing meaningful coping strategies, and moving toward greater well-being.

I have a particular passion for working with underserved communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I also specialize in supporting people living with chronic medical conditions as they navigate the emotional and psychological impact of illness, healthcare experiences, and changes in identity or functioning. I currently practice virtually, offering flexibility and ease of access.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and reconnecting with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin getting to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and the challenges you are currently navigating. We will work collaboratively to understand your goals and identify an initial path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are heard and your care is tailored to your needs.
