I bring 20 plus years of Counseling experience to the table. I have a Masters of Counseling Psychology and am licensed in VA & NC. I've provided Outpatient, Intensive In-Home, Crisis Intervention & Stabilization, Mental Health Support Services, and served as a VA agency's Clinical Director as well as Supervising several Clinical Teams. I specialize in providing Professional Counseling (my vocation/calling) to a wide array of populations of all ages from teenagers to geriatric.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic as I draw upon many Treatment Modalaties I've been trained in including, MST, CBT, Dramatherapy, DBT, and RRT among others. I pride myself on being an active listener, empathetic, and compassionate with a focus on positivity.
