Great to meet you!

I have been a counselor for over 2 decades. I am skilled in Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and other modes of therapy noted on my website the can be seen via the Google search.

I am Non-judgmental, actively listener and compassionately supportive to all of the clients serve. I do virtual service to accomadate to my clients schedules. I am experienced with age population from adolescents, teenagers, young adults med-age adults and seniors.

I am a License, Clinical, Addiction, Specialist (LCAS) that serves all co-occurring clients.

I am also a Christian single and couple marriage counselor for clients in search of this particular need.

My approach to therapy

The best practice module I think works well is an open-ended questioning , motivational interviewing approach. This basic approach provides an opportunity for a person to share at their descretion what they feel they are struggling with. After reviewing the persons application and listening to them upon review, perhaps at that point I can support them in developing a person centered goal plan at their pace.

What you can expect from me

The initial and all visits are presented with a calm and free atmosphere / environmental space for them to express their thoughts and feelings, and share goal options that may be useful for their journey toward recovery.
