Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I have particular expertise in neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ health needs. I value getting to know the person behind the symptoms and understanding how their experiences, relationships, and environment shape their mental health. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being open, asking questions, and taking an active role in their care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and what is most likely to help. I believe good psychiatric care goes beyond treating symptoms, so we’ll consider the full picture and work together to develop a plan that is practical, evidence-based, and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to understand what brought you to care and what you hope will be different. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, daily life, and what has or hasn’t helped in the past. I’ll share my initial impressions, answer your questions, and we’ll begin developing a treatment plan together so you leave with a clear sense of next steps.
