Great to meet you!

Hello! Thank you for considering my practice for counseling services. I work with individuals, couples, and families with a wide array of challenges across the life span. These difficulties include family of origin, attachment, and relational issues. For some it may be relieving anxiety, learning to thrive through depression, or healing from grief. Everyone’s situation is unique and we all have had experiences at one point or another in which we have needed help or direction.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrated whole person approach to counseling and treatment. This approach includes evaluating areas of physical health, emotional health, life style, and support systems in place. In addition, I am open to faith based counseling for those that desire a Biblical approach to treatment.

What you can expect from me

Time is limited and committing to the counseling process requires not only your time but your resources as well. I strive to create a therapeutic environment in which we can maximize your investment during our counseling sessions.
