Great to meet you!

I have counseling experience with the whole spectrum of emotional disturbances that negatively impact our lives. I have specialized in substance use and other compulsive disorders for 15 years. I am an EMDR trained clinician.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe that all people have the inner wisdom, resources, and power to overcome any struggle that they might be experiencing. I see my job as a guide who is here to help recover these resources within you!

What you can expect from me

My practice is grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and real-talk. I believe in transparency in relationships, ownership of responsibilities, and having integrity with one's self. These personal values drive the therapeutic relationships I aim to build with my clients. Out first session is all about getting to know each other and building rapport!
