Great to meet you!

I have been practicing since 2015, having completed my undergraduate from Oakland University and Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and a concentration in addictions. I’m a compassionate and empathetic licensed therapist committed, via support and exploration, to help people learn how to evolve and improve their mental health well-being.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on people getting to know themselves and their capabilities. I believe therapy is not just about improving, it is also about understanding you.

What you can expect from me

Persons that I work with have come to expect teamwork and solution-oriented sessions. The goals/outcomes, within a collaborative and affirming atmosphere, are based on meeting a person where they are and what they need.
