Great to meet you!

Trained at Northwestern University, I bring both clinical expertise and research on relational self-awareness into the room. Therapy with me offers a warm, curious, and open space for exploration & processing. I consider it a privilege to work with people of varying backgrounds and identities.

My approach to therapy

I help clients navigate relational challenges with themselves and others, including common themes like anxiety, grief, and family dynamics that often emerge in this work. Much of my practice focuses on supporting LGBTQ+ clients and exploring the complex questions that can arise in their lives and relationships. A meaningful part of my work is supporting people in deepening awareness of their own needs and boundaries. My style is conversational, pragmatic, and reflective.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, I take time to understand your history, current challenges, and what feels most pressing right now. I pay close attention to patterns that may be repeating in your life in ways that don’t serve you. Progress often looks like recognizing these patterns more clearly, experiencing relief as old burdens feel lighter, and finding new ways of relating to yourself and others.
