Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with more than 23 years of experience walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, trauma, and life’s many transitions. Over the years, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the courage it takes to seek support, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and genuinely cared for.

I specialize in evidence-based treatment for OCD, using approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to meet you where you are, help you build skills that truly work, and support you in creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and goal-oriented, grounded in proven therapeutic methods. This means you’ll not only feel supported, but you’ll also learn practical tools to manage your symptoms, understand your patterns, and make lasting changes that genuinely improve your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with practical strategies they can use right away, along with a clearer, more compassionate understanding of what they’re facing. My goal is for you to feel supported, encouraged, and increasingly confident in your ability to handle what once felt overwhelming.

Using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I’ll work with you at your pace to build resilience, reduce distress, and help you move toward a life that feels more open, meaningful, and free. Together, we’ll create a space where growth feels possible—and where you don’t have to face any of it alone.
