Great to meet you!

Life’s journey, though affected by issues that threaten to overwhelm and sometimes consume, is intended to be interesting, exciting and rewarding. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who created JEM with passion and purpose. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals who are processing life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are structured to ensure that clients are comfortable and confident sharing. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach as I walk this road with my clients, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. Together we navigate challenges including anxiety, depression, impulse control, anger management, life changes, marital and other interpersonal relationship issues in a non-judgmental space that is conducive to experiencing mental and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain insight into themselves, learn effective communication and problem-solving skills, and develop resilience to navigate life's ups and downs with greater confidence and clarity. My goal is to empower clients to make positive changes in their lives, enhance their well-being, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
