Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, respected, and free to be yourself. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can talk openly, gain insight, develop new skills, and feel empowered to move forward.
For more than 14 years, I have had the privilege of providing compassionate mental health services to individuals and families throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, surrounding counties, and communities across Maryland. As a Board Certified Supervisor and Clinical Social Worker, I bring experience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges.
You do not have to be in crisis to begin therapy. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, or a significant life transition. You may simply feel stuck or want support in creating a healthier and more balanced life. Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you with compassion and without judgment.
I work with preteens, teens, adults, and older adults, as well as individuals, couples, and families. My approach is person-centered and trauma-focused, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, and family services when appropriate.
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to provide affirming and culturally responsive care. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients can feel understood, valued, and respected.
Most importantly, I want you to know that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we can work toward healing, personal growth, stronger relationships, healthier coping, and greater balance—one step at a time.
