Great to meet you!

Jamice Holley is passionate about helping clients recover from life's vicissitudes. No matter what life has thrown your way or what you have experienced over time, you can recover. Begin the work to confront matters by digging a little deeper and connecting with insight for your healing.

My approach to therapy

Healing occurs through a reparative therapeutic relationship, which helps you connect first with yourself, your family and friends, and the world around you. I am enthusiastic about working with adults and couples. I offer an open, brave, and safe space to support my clients in their healing and in becoming the best versions of themselves. I am gentle in my approach. However, I do confront matters to help you dig a little deeper and connect with the insight for your healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they are invited to begin the process and release the belief that therapy doesn’t work. In our first session, we focus on building connection, understanding your story, and identifying what has brought you to this point.

Together, we will begin exploring your goals while giving you permission to journey with me as we rediscover who you are—both individually and within your relationships. My approach supports your healing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, creating space for clarity, growth, and restoration.

The first session is less about having everything figured out and more about starting the process with intention, safety, and openness. I look forward to walking alongside you in this journey.
