Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or struggling in relationships, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I help individuals and families find greater clarity, healing, and connection. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

I use an integration of Systems, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Experiential, and Structural Therapy. This allows the client to explore the patterns developed through their experiences and relationships and the impact of these on current negative patterns of thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together we will create new patterns in order to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

***My open times for new clients are currently Wed-Fri, however we can discuss other appointment time offerings to work with your schedule. Feel free to reach out if you are in need of another time for assessment.***

Our first session is an opportunity to share a little about you and the reasons you are coming to therapy. This may feel like a lot, but our first goal is to allow you to unpack the areas of your life that are causing discomfort and begin to organize them together and develop a plan for managing things more effectively.
