I am sincere about helping people who are facing challenges and tough times. I am a PhD and LCMHC and I believe that strong relationships and informed choices lead to contentment and peace in one’s life. I have been licensed since 2005 as a licensed professional counselor and have extensive experience in child and adolescent mental health, as well as parenting, marriages, family systems, and healing from trauma.
