Great to meet you!

I've spent over two decades committed to supporting pregnant and postpartum people navigate life’s great transition of childbirth. As a therapist, I provide compassionate care for individuals and families navigating family planning, infertility, pregnancy, loss, termination, birth and postpartum struggles; as well as the other transitions in life such as grief, divorce, menopause, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

In my practice I focus on women and LGBTQIA individuals in life transitions including perinatal issues like family planning, pregnancy, fertility, miscarriage, termination, and postpartum; as well as grief, divorce, menopause, and life changes. I include Person-Centered Care, CBT, Perinatal Mental Health training, Mindfulness, Trauma-informed care and EMDR, with a Feminist and Multicultural lens in my approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about setting expectations for therapy, and you letting me know what challenges and life changes you are facing. I work with you to develop a personalized plan of care to ensure that our therapeutic work focuses on your needs. Our session will emphasize your personal growth, developing coping tools and you navigating empowerment for yourself.
