I bring 15 years of experience as a school counselor working with 16-19 year olds. The best part of counseling is helping people identify their strengths, passions, and the ability to cope and overcome challenges. I have a Master's degree in Counseling Education and I hold the National Counselor Certification (NCC).
My focus will begin with the whole person. Our sleep, nutrition, and movement is the foundation for a stronger, healthier, and happier life. I will provide a safe space to share your story. We can then work together toward reaching your goals.
Our first session will be a time of getting to know one another and talking about some of the things you would like to explore in our time together.
