Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jamie. I am a licensed mental health therapist in the states of MN and WI. I have over ten years of experience supporting individuals through healing, growth and self-discovery. I enjoy working with a diverse group of people. I view each client as a gift.

We all need a little bit of help sometimes. It takes courage to take that next step. Let me help you taking this step on your journey. I am a strong believer of lifelong learning, and I would love to be a partner on your path, if even for a short time.

I approach therapy with compassion and curiosity. I have a deep respect for each person's unique story. Whether you are navigating through past trauma, feeling like nobody understands you, coping with overwhelming feelings, or seeking tools to better understand yourself, I offer a safe and affirming space to do that work - at your pace, in your own way.

I have experience working with clients that have difficulty with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, family concerns, grief and loss, Autism spectrum disorders, identity and adjustment concerns.

I have a special interest of working with neurodiverse clients. The brain and how it functions has always fascinated me.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring your lived experience. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe. I am here to walk alongside you in this process.
