Great to meet you!

Considering therapy is often a big decision. It is important to find the right person to offer you support in the process. I have been afforded a number of opportunities to work with various populations (i.e. outpatient mental health, inpatient psychiatric, skilled nursing facilities/geriatric, healthcare, substance abuse treatment, bariatrics, and corrections). I am trained to work primarily with adults and older adults.

My approach to therapy

As a clinical psychologist, I primarily use CBT with a person-centered approach.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to working with individuals motivated to make lasting change. I consider all aspects of an individual, including their environment and own willingness/motivation to change when providing treatment. I tend to meet a client where they are in accordance of change but also offer support to foster growth and empowerment through the process. The therapeutic alliance is an important factor in change.
