Great to meet you!

Hey, I’m so glad you are here!

As an enthusiastic advocate for living well with connection, authenticity, and compassion, my hope in our work together is to create space for growth and healing on your path.

Specializing in traumatic stress, anxiety, self esteem, and neurodivergence, my practice is focused on empowering who have ever questioned, “maybe it’s just me?”

Additionally, my education and life have afforded me a deep understanding of military families, veterans, and caregivers.

My approach to therapy

In times of trauma and stress, our bodies and brains are not set up to overhaul our systems of living. Sometimes our best bet is to remind ourselves that we are human and practice radical self-acceptance.

I combine motivational interviewing, strengths perspective, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, trauma informed narrative therapy, and nature-rooted ecotherapy. To access our natural state of inner peace, we can utilize internal or external supports- but you need to know what works for you.

What you can expect from me

Working together to stabilize and strengthen your sense of self, clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard and seen.

I believe you- your experiences, your lessons, your love, your dark and light. It’s all legit. Let’s tap into what you need right now, you already have it and can create more.
