Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with Christian women facing anxiety, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. I provide clinically solid, trauma-informed care while thoughtfully integrating faith for those who desire it. My style is warm, steady, and practical — and while therapy is serious work, it does not have to feel heavy every minute. I believe healing can include moments of relief and even appropriate humor along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy with a faith-sensitive lens. I help clients understand how anxiety and past experiences are impacting their present lives, while building practical tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, and resilience. Therapy with me is collaborative and structured, yet relational. We will move at a pace that feels safe, working toward meaningful change rather than temporary symptom relief.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk through what has been weighing on you, explore relevant history, and clarify what you hope will be different in your life. I ask thoughtful questions, provide initial feedback, and begin outlining a plan tailored to your goals. Many clients leave the first session feeling both understood and encouraged. If you would like to explore whether we are a good fit before scheduling, you are welcome to book a free consultation.
