Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should help you feel more grounded, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, holistic, scientific, and individualized to your unique needs, values, and goals.

I hold two advanced degrees—a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Nursing Education—and bring more than 15 years of experience as a holistic nurse to my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This integrated background allows me to consider the whole person: mind, body, emotions, relationships, and, when desired, spirituality.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, addiction, and the lasting effects of childhood neglect or abuse. I especially value helping clients who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by their emotions, disconnected from themselves, or ready to heal experiences that continue to affect their present lives.

I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to each person, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we work together to discover what helps you feel safe, understood, and able to move forward.

Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, greater self-understanding, or a renewed sense of purpose and connection, you do not have to navigate that journey alone. I welcome adults from diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds and strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you can bring your whole self—without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.

Together, we’ll gently uncover the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck—and develop practical, personalized tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe the body has an innate capacity for healing, and that our inner world often holds wisdom about what we need to heal and grow. I’ll listen deeply and walk alongside you as you reconnect with that wisdom, strengthen self-compassion, and rediscover the resilience that is already within you.

Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about becoming more fully yourself—free to live with greater peace, authenticity, connection, and purpose.
