Jane Francis Ndenka

Hello there! My name is Jane Francis Ndenka and I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I am not sure what brings you here today, but I'm ready to listen to you and see if together we can find a solution to your problems.

I employ evidence based practice to prescribe medications for a broad spectrum of mental health issues. I specialize in treating, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, pre and post natal mood issues, bipolar, PTSD, OCD, ADHD and sleep issues.

I am a strong advocate for shared decision-making, which includes collaborating with you and integrating your thoughts and preferences when making decisions about your care.

We will have a detailed conversation during which I will ask questions to get to know you and understand why you are seeking treatment. I will also perform assessments to help determine a diagnosis and together we will develop a treatment plan.
