Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 20+ years of experience in mental health & believe in a holistic approach; mind, body & spirit. I would love to be able to help you overcome any barriers in your life and be able to live the life you want and deserve!

My approach to therapy

I believe in taking a balanced approach to health & healing. I think it is important to feel I am a good fit and that I hear what you are saying & wanting. I believe in building on strengths in order to heal past traumas or even situations of the present moment. I use a variety of modalities in order to meet everyone's individual needs.

What you can expect from me

After the first, or sometimes second, session we will develop a plan to help you meet your individual goals. Because as humans we are complicated beings, things can change as we go along, new insights are gained and new issues surface, and we may need to alter the plan. That's okay! I am here to help you meet your goals in the best way possible.
