I bring compassionate, evidence-based care as a dual board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. I earned my Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota. I also completed a master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatry at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, and hold an M.S. in counseling and social work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I am dedicated to guiding patients toward wellness.

I am dedicated to delivering compassionate, multicultural support. I provide personalized telepsychiatry with a whole-person focus, offering mental health care that nurtures wellbeing and empowers individuals to heal.
