Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jane Njiiri, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Anchor Point Psychiatry & Wellness. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I treat concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use, and women’s mental health, using a mix of medication management and supportive therapy. My goal is to work alongside you to create a personalized plan that helps you feel balanced, confident, and empowered in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I create a safe space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard without judgment. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and women’s mental health, using a thoughtful mix of medication management and supportive therapy. My goal is to partner with you to build a simple, realistic plan that helps you feel steady, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, relaxed space where you can share your story at your own pace. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what’s been going on and what you’d like to improve. Together, we’ll begin setting clear, realistic goals and discuss next steps, which may include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. My focus is to help you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
