Great to meet you!

If you've never seen a mental health provider before, or the idea of starting medication feels overwhelming, you're not alone — and you've come to the right place.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Washington State, Maryland, Idaho, Nebraska, and Iowa, I offer both telehealth and in-person care to patients navigating depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use. My approach is simple but intentional: I listen first. Not just to symptoms, but to you — your concerns, your preferences, your pace.

My approach to therapy

Many of the patients I work with share something in common when they first reach out: they've never talked to a mental health provider before, they're unsure about medication, and they're a little (or a lot) anxious about what this process even looks like. That's okay. I meet people exactly where they are, taking the time to educate and demystify so that care feels collaborative, not clinical.

What you can expect from me

My goal isn't just to treat symptoms — it's to help you understand your own mental health and build real tools for managing it long-term.

Outside of my practice, I recharge through long walks and seeking out moments of peace and quiet (and daydreams of her next travel adventure, when time allows). That grounded, unhurried energy is something my patients tend to feel from the very first visit.

If you're ready to take that first step — even if it feels uncertain — I'm here to walk through it with you.
