Great to meet you!

I support children, teens, adults, and families across Hawaiʻi with integrative psychiatry that honors the whole person. I work with people navigating anxiety, mood changes, attention and neurodevelopmental differences, and life transitions, and I welcome those seeking care that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded. My approach combines traditional psychiatric care with evidence-based holistic support, with attention to symptoms, root causes, and overall well-being. I’m dedicated to serving individuals across Oʻahu, Lānaʻi, Kauaʻi, Maui, Molokaʻi, and the Island of Hawaiʻi. I want visits to feel warm, clear, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I offer a whole-person approach to psychiatric care, including comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs. I’m here to help you navigate challenges with compassion and curiosity, supporting healing, growth, and a stronger sense of confidence in everyday life, and in relationships each day.

What you can expect from me

I’m especially passionate about child, adolescent and family psychiatry. My experience in Maui schools deepened my commitment to supporting children’s physical and mental health, and I’m comfortable collaborating in school support meetings and with accommodations for neurodevelopmental differences. I want you and your family to feel understood and supported.
