Great to meet you!

Trauma & Maternal Mental Health Specialist | EMDR Practitioner

I bring over 11 years of post-licensure experience across a diverse range of clinical settings, including community mental health, intensive home-based counseling, outpatient clinics, and school systems. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), a Master's degree in Community Counseling, and a Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University. This extensive background allows me to blend deep academic insight with real-world, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic and culturally inclusive approach where I consider who you are as a person in the counseling space such as your race/ethnicity, gender, gender expression, age, religion/spirituality and more. Those parts are used in the counseling space to support you.

What you can expect from me

I believe in your ability to bring strengths and resources to the counseling space. Let's embark on this journey together to work towards the kind of life you envision for yourself.
